Yes, individuals from outside India can also participate in this program. Please ensure you have successfully registered and received your e-receipt before booking your flight tickets. Additionally, please take care of any visa and travel requirements, including having a valid passport.

We request interested individuals to register separately, as group registration is not offered for this program.
The program will start at 5:30 PM IST and end tentatively at 9:00 PM IST. We are expecting over 20,000 people to participate in the program. So, we recommend arriving at least 3 hours ahead of the program start time to allow sufficient time for check-in, completing any other formalities and being seated inside the program hall. Please plan to be seated at least 30 minutes prior to the start time.
If you are unable to participate in the program, you are eligible to transfer your registration to another person.

Additionally, Inner Engineering is a prerequisite to attend this program. One will have to complete Inner Engineering including initiation into Shambhavi Mahamudra to be eligible to attend Sadhguruvudan Gnanam Dhyanam Anandham program
As this is an experiential program with Sadhguru, punctuality is critical to experience it in its entirety. We urge you to arrange your travel and arrival to afford yourself ample time for full participation.
Please note that late arrivals will not be allowed entry so as to not disturb other participants. We recommend arriving 2-3 hours before the scheduled start time to allow for check-in and to be seated in time for the commencement of the program.
No. The program will only be available in Tamil.
Although there is no specific dress code, we recommend that you wear loose, comfortable clothing. Given that the program is being held outdoors, we encourage you to dress accordingly for the weather and bring any necessary accessories.
No, childcare will not be available during the program.
Yes. Anyone above 15 years of age can participate in the program.
It would be best to come with as little luggage as possible, as there is no allotted space for storage.
Please note that you can only bring a small personal item into the program hall. No other luggage will be permissible due to security considerations
No, taking photos and videos inside the program hall is not permitted.
You may bring a small seating cushion or a meditation mat for you to sit comfortably through the program.
Yes, chairs will be provided if you have difficulty sitting on the ground. When you reach the seating bay, please request a chair from one of the volunteers.
Accommodation is not available at the venue. We request you to plan your own stay. There are a number of hotels and homestay options located close to the venue.
Please ensure that you complete your registration for the program before booking accommodation.
Water filling stations will be available throughout the program venue. Please carry your own water bottle.
There are several restaurants close to the venue. We recommend that you plan your meal on your own after the program.

The program is happening in YMCA Nandanam. You can take a cab or metro or come by bus.

By Cab: Services like Ola and Uber provide a convenient way to reach YMCA Nandanam.
By Metro: The Chennai Metro is a quick and efficient option to avoid the city's traffic. Nandanam is the closest metro station. There are several other metro stations close to Anna Salai as well that you can reach easily.
By Bus: Many bus routes serve Anna Salai. Look for routes like 18R, 88KCT, A18, A51, AC-E18, and S39 that stop near the venue.

By Train: Chennai Central and Egmore stations are the main rail hubs connecting the city to various parts of India.
By Air: If you are flying in, Chennai International Airport is your gateway to the city.
You can easily take a cab or metro to reach YMCA Nandanam from the railway station or the airport.
