Anukampa 2024 – Compassion Cannot Choose
We are delighted to bring you Anukampa 2024, which offers a glimpse into the lives of the people and communities touched and transformed by Isha’s outreach programs.

We are delighted to present Anukampa 2024, featuring Isha Outreach’s milestones during the past year, the collaborations achieved across our wide range of projects, and the heartwarming stories of lives touched by the realization of Sadhguru’s vision.
Save Soil played a significant role in soil being recognized as a solution for climate change at UNFCCC COP29 in Baku, Azerbaijan. This built upon Isha Outreach’s three decades of work to restore soil health, and the impetus generated by Sadhguru’s Save Soil journey in 2022 that reached over 4.1 billion people. The momentum continued with Save Soil partnering with UNCCD COP16 on the Riyadh Action Agenda, which aims to revitalize over 1.5 billion hectares of land.
The twenty-five Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) mentored by Isha Outreach grew to 10,000+ farmer members and five of the FPOs received prestigious awards. A state-of-the-art soil testing laboratory began operations in Coimbatore, with the capacity to analyze soil samples and deliver customized guidance to farmers.
Isha Gramotsavam celebrated Bharat’s biggest rural sports festival, with players from all five southern Indian states and one union territory competing, and nearly a quarter of the players being women. Cricketers Virender Sehwag and Venkatesh Prasad, and Paralympians Mariyappan Thangavelu and Thulasimathi Murugesan, joined Sadhguru for the grand finale.
At Isha, raising human consciousness continues to be the driving force behind all our endeavors. In a thought-provoking conversation, Sadhguru and Dr. Vivek Murthy, U.S. Surgeon General, addressed the crisis of loneliness affecting our societies, and Sadhguru emphasized the role of Yoga and meditation in tackling the mental health pandemic worldwide.
We are deeply grateful for the support of our donors and volunteers, whose generosity and willingness have been key to our initiatives. There is much that still needs to happen. We look forward to partnering with you in building a conscious and compassionate planet for all.
