​Hatha yoga teacher trainees took a trip to Trichy, home ​to ​one of the ​P​ancha ​B​huta temples​, dedicated to the water element​. Along the way, they visited sacred spaces of spiritual significance​ - the Sadashiva Brahmendra ashram and the Sadhguru Sri Brahma ashram​.
